At the same time, we must ensure that the way of being Catholic (as animated through the Encounter Catholic Identity Framework) is understood and integrated into all elements of our work and ways at CEDC. With that in mind, we have explored the opportunity this provides through the question, “How can our induction programs inspire new employees to engage in our ways of being, understanding that we have a clear preference for Catholic Dialogue Schools?” After conversations with the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Governance, we are pleased to announce the launch of the CEDC New Employee Induction Program for all new employees to our CEDC schools and offices.
This one-day program is for all employees new to our system, regardless of role. It will focus on our ways of engaging in a Catholic Dialogue School approach as individuals, as schools and offices, and as a system.
