How to Apply

Online Application for Enrolment

Once you have clicked on the link, you can enter and review the required details and submit the form for your application to be lodged. Once you start the application, you have up to 30 days to return to the form and submit it, before it expires from the system.

If applying to enrol more than one student, an option will be available to submit another application for each individual student when the form is completed.

Enrolment enquiries and applications for all year levels Prep to Year 6 are welcome at any time throughout the year.

Prep interviews are conducted at the beginning of the year preceding commencement, and confirmation of enrolment is provided by the middle of Term 2.

Step 1 

Submit 

An Application using the Online Enrolment Form with documents listed on the form’s Parent Checklist:

  • $50 enrolment application fee per child (non-refundable)

  • Copy of Birth Certificate – required by law

  • Copy of Visa/Passport/Citizenship Papers (if applicable)

  • Copy of any sacramental records (if applicable)

  • Copy of relevant specialist reports/medical information (if applicable)

  • Copy of legal documents/court orders (if applicable)

  • Copy of the latest two progress reports from the previous school (if applicable)

  • Copy of NAPLAN results (if applicable)


Step 2

The School Responds

The School will acknowledge receipt of your application and advise you of anything else that is required to assist in considering the application.


Step 3

An Enrolment Interview and School Tour is Arranged

An interview is necessary as part of the enrolment process. Students and parents are required to attend the interview.

Enrolment may be dependent upon vacancies and the school’s physical and human resources available at the time. The Application for Enrolment Form and all other forms as required must be completed by the parents or the legal guardians and submitted prior to the interview.


Step 4

Being Offered and Accepting a Place

If your application is successful, the Principal will make you an offer of enrolment. Parents accept the offer by completing a ‘Confirmation of Enrolment Form’, which will be provided by the school.

Once an enrolment position is confirmed, a $150 deposit is required to secure the placement. This deposit will be credited against the first set of school fees once your child commences; however, should your child not commence as intended, this fee becomes non-refundable. Should a family choose to delay entry for an accepted Prep applicant in order for them to attend a further year at Kindergarten level, then the Confirmation of Enrolment Fee deposit will be rolled over into the following year. to guarantee the position.
